Holiday Inn Express & Suites Greensburg by IHG

Very clean for a great price. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and everything was stocked. It’s very quiet yet close to restaurants and shopping. It’s what I expect from a good hotel.

Great hotel rooms are clean and fresh. One of my favorite things is the complimentary breakfast. This is my second stay here and I’d definitely come back again.

Very friendly staff. Rooms are consistent with other holiday inn expresses I have visited. location is a bit tricky to find initially, but once you do easy in/out. The biggest difference across holiday inns is the staff - everyone here had a smile which makes a big difference on experience.

Clean, affordable, and quiet, is a very nice hotel. Only thing negative I can say is the need to replace the seating in the breakfast area because it is getting quite worn.

My husband and I travel frequently from New York to visit our son in Cincinnati. We stop at different towns each trip, depending on our route. This location was one of our favorites! Very clean, friendly staff, better than expected breakfast with many options (almond milk, chocolate milk, Nutella and Red Hot). Even the quality of the coffee cups and the forks were good….seems silly to notice, but we felt like our comfort mattered. I have this location saved in my notes with 5 stars!

I stayed here with family while I had family in the nearby hospital. It was only for one night, so I can't really comment on much. The hotel was nice and clean, although they did show a little age. We didn't need services from the staff or anything since we only stayed the one night (probably 16 hours total), but the guys at the front desk were nice enough. The location is a bit odd, being over a shopping square, both ways up requires you to go up hill, so keep that in mind for winter visits. The view from our room was just the highway and the various local businesses, so lights, concrete, and a couple trees. Not bad but nothing to remember or take pictures of. This place was comfortable and satisfactory, but I'd hesitate in calling it exceptional in any way.

The location was good for where I needed to be. The gentleman at the front desk was helpful and when I called to see if they would have coffee at 5am when I checked out, he said he would leave a note so it would be ready. And it was! That was wonderful. The room had a stall type odor, but it wasn't awful.

It's hard to get to if you're not paying attention. The rooms were big and clean. The front desk guy was not very friendly but everyone else was. I just don't get how you can work in hospitality that you chose to do and then act like people checking in are such a burden.
